is adjacent
to Jamison Square and
consists of a thirteen story tower and a three story lowrise building over underground
parking. The tower mass is broken by a glass "shard" slicing through the center of the
building.
The project includes an adjacent pedestrian tract on the former Kearney Street right
of way. The project features a boardwalk on the east side of the project that will
eventually extend from Jamison Square to the Willamette River.
