This plaza forms the "living room" space of Clackamas County's Red Soils campus. The $1 million plaza serves as a place for events as well as informal gatherings of County employees and visitors to the campus. It features a large water feature intended to evoke images of nearby Willamette Falls. The central axis of the plaza aligns with Mount Hood the highest point in the County.
